Cruising Through The Pineapple Season
Our pineapple season has concluded, and we're eager to share this sweet and sour journey with you. This season we worked with over 20 tonnes of fresh pineapples harvested from smallholder farmers in the lush fields of Jhapa. And as we processed the pineapple, we also witnessed heartwarming journey of collaboration, and the learnings along the way. Kaka, a seasoned street vendor and a master pineapple cutter, brought a treasure trove of knowledge about this tropical delight. His visit wasn't merely an opportunity to train and bolster our local community staff; it was an enlightening journey into the world of pineapples.
